Link to terminal?

I wanted to create a desktop shortcut for my terminal.

When I click on the properties of the new shortcut and then go to the "execute" tab, what is the command to start terminal?

I can browse to it but have no idea where it is located.

Thanks

If you are running Gnome, you probably want it to execute

gnome-terminal

You can just right-click on the desktop and launch it from that menu.
