Question Letting Windows XP boot Fedora

I was told about a way to let Windows boot linux, and someone gave me the instructions on how to do it once but my memory erased. I remember that you need to copy grub loader into a floppy then copy it to the boot.ini file in Windows. But I don't remember the steps. I have grub but I used a floopy to boot Fedora. (When I installed WinXP it took over the boot loader-I have 3 partitions with win2000,Fedora,WinXP-yes this is the order I installed it)

Thank you very much!!

follow these steps:

1. execute: "dd if=/dev/hdxy of=/mnt/floppy/fedora.grub bs=512 count=1"
*hdxy refers to your /boot partition, and you can replace the output filename with the one you like.

2. copy this file to C:\

3. add C:\fedora.grub="Fedora Core" at the end of the boot.ini file
