Unhappy latex: command not found

Is LaTeX part of Fedora?

When I type latex I get "latex: command not found", there is no man page for latex although bibtex and tex are installed with man pages.

When I do yum list latex I get nothing even with Livna and extras.

If LaTeX is not part of Fedora are there any Fedora rpm's around?

I couldn't find any on google (although there are many latex editors).

TeTeX is included and also LaTeX. Look for packages starting with "tetex".

tetex, tetex-afm, tetex-doc, tetex-dvips, tetex-fonts, tetex-latex , tetex-lgrind, and tetex-xdvi.

However you can found everything on LaTeX in the Comprehensive Tex Archive Network ( CTAN ) site or its mirrors ( I don't remember the exact address ). In this site you can found a lot of implementation packages and manuals for LaTeX ( they're a lot ).

Good luck
