Unhappy Keyring password problem

My most pressing problem at the moment is Fedora keeps asking me for the default keyring password. I have no idea what it is talking about and so have to keep inputting passwords for my email on Evolution. I have seen solutions to this problem on the forum but cannot get them to work due to my lack of background knkowledge. I need to be led one step at a time by someone very patient.
