In FC2 there is no graphic tool for desktop switch (or at least I did not found it) so do this at console.

# switchdesk KDE

Luck!

I couldn't figure it out either

There is a desktop switching tool in the X packages, but I had no luck in getting KDE installed anyway, let alone the desktop switcher itself :(
But I prefer the console anyway.

Well done Lito!!

I was stumped. I can't really understand why they removed the switcher that came with Core 1. I like this method the best (based on other methods I've read about), but then I like doing this type of work from the command line anyway. :)
