KDE 3.3 stable for Fedora?

Hello!

Is there an official and stable KDE 3.3 version for Fedora Core 2 to download as RPM? I checked www.kde.org but there are no RPM's for Fedora. If there are these RPM's please tell me where to download.

Thank you!
Boby
