K8T Neo-FIS2R, any luck yet?


Hello,
I have been trying to install this for my AMD64 3200+ processor but everytime I intall it it always comes up with a kernel panic. I can install it in text mode, not in graphical because it will freeze up, and after I install in text mode, I restart, and when is start loading up the gui it will freeze w/ a kernel panic.

hardware:

AMD64 3200+
ATI 9800 all-in-wonder
K8T Neo-FIS2R motherboard
250 gb maxtor ultra ata
160 gb maxtor ultra ata
60 gb wd ata
sb 5.1 live!
microsoft natural keyboard
logitech wheelman (hooked into ps2)
