Issue with gtk-window-decorator

I am facing an issue with the window decorator in xfce4

[Peeeths@localhost]$gtk-window-decorator --replace

(gtk-window-decorator:5169): Wnck-WARNING **: Property _NET_WM_NAME contained invalid UTF-8

Please help me on this .. why am i getting this error , do i need to install any more package ??
