intel D946GZIS FC6 Xen system hangs

160MB IDE hard disk, 500MB DDDR2, ps/2 mouse and keyboard
hda1 winXP, hda2 /, hd5 swap, hd6 /home, hd7 /DATA, hd10 /fat32
FC-6-x86_64-DVD-Unity-20070111.torrent
after 3 Xen installations i only have a system that hangs
after a pair of mouse clicks (i installed only Gnome desktop in the last time)
the system hangs showing a high burden of cpu
i asume that because the ventilator of CPU has the maximal rpm

who has a similar problem and have a solution?
thanks
