installing cvs pserver


I have to install cvs pserver in to my linux system and have to access the server using wincvs..

i am using fedora 2.4.22-1.2.115

when installing cvs pserver rpm it is showing cvs pserver need rc-inetd
and while installing rc-inetd it is asking for initdaemon

can any body help

use apt-get

Using Fedora Core 2?

Try this:

# rpm -Uhv http://ftp.freshrpms.net/pub/freshrp...c2.fr.i386.rpm
# apt-get update
# apt-get install cvs
