LinuxQuestions.org - Installed NVIDIA drivers but cannot set resolution

hi,

I have fedora core 4 , installed on a toshiba satellite 2450 and i recently installed the NVIDIA drivers for the inbuilt card- GeForce4 420 Go.

However my resolution is still stuck at 800x600. How do i set it to a higher resolution. Below is a copy of my /etc/X11/xorg.conf.

i tried tweaking stuff at NVIDIA X server settings panel, but i could not achieve it.
