Leaves A Lot To Be Desired

The instructions are very step by step. LIke recommending a default installation folder, handling getting Apache to hand=off servlet requests to Tomcat. I am sure this is explained somewhere, but why not have the installation instructions cover from downloading to installing to starting Tomcat to testing to make sure it is working with Apache ( i.e. a test servlet )?
