Unhappy Install F16 but not replacing "private" partitions

Is that possible?

Some days ago I installed F16 setting up the partitions and when doing that I also created some
"own" partitions not normally used by Linux. Is there a possibility to reinstall Fedora 16 and
replace all Linux "owned" partitions but not the ones I created?

eg of Linux partitions: '/', '/home/' ...
my own: '/data', '/webdata'

Do you see why I need to save the data on some partitions?

Well, tbh no, as you haven't said anything about the data, just the names of the partitions, but then I don't really care, and I don't see why it would be an issue.

Oh, hehe sorry, the /data partition has some extra packaged that I installed and still want to save, the /webdata is for the website, httpd stuff and some for the mysql DB.
So how do I do the saving of those partitions. I know there is some 'remove Linux partitions' thing and 'remove Other partition' thing but which should I use to just configure the
Linux partitions?

At first, when doing system critical tasks, like installing an OS, you should make a backup of valuable data (well, actually you should have at least one backup all the time).
Second, you can't choose the "Only system partitions" or "only other partitions" options in the installer. You have to choose the "I do it manually" option and do it by hand. Assign only the partitions you want to overwrite to the system, leave the others untouched. You can add them later to your system.
