I personally had problems using 64 bit Linux operating system. most I never got installed. One 64 bit distro I did get installed wouldn't run wine. Wine is working on a 64 bit but it is the early development stages. I am assuming wine won't work on 64 bit linux operating systems yet, I could be wrong it could just be my computer. Most 32 bit operating linux system I tested all ran wine-the systems I could get installed. You can install a 32 bit operating system on a 64 bit machine but not visa versa. You could try the earlier versions of wine, maybe you would find one that would work.
evo2 isn't all Linux home distro unsupported unless the computer is bought through an oem, then only last as long as the warranty?
