implementing spectrum pool in ns-2.31
 

How can I implement spectrum pool in NS-2.31? I need 4 spectrum pools each operating
in different frequency, like spectrum pool A operates in 5GHz, spectrum pool B
operates in 2.4GHz, spectrum pool C operates in 2GHz and spectrum pool D operates
in 800MHz.
In each spectrum pool I need(for example) 10 spectrum bands and each spectrum band
contains 10 channels.

Can you help me implement the spectrum pool? Should it implement in C++ or Otcl?
