i havedualbootofwin7&fedora,by mstk deleted fedora partiton now not able to boot win


i have dual boot of win 7 & fedora 14 on my laptop. I by mistake while working in windos deleted the fedora partition. Now after pressing on button grub appears like this >>grub and i cannot boot windows . Please help how to correct it.

There are two possible solutions:
1. Install a new Linux distribution, it will install a new bootloader.
2. Boot from your Windows-DVD, start the recovery shell and use the command
Code:
bootrec.exe /fixmbr
This will re-install the Windows bootloader.
