i got a problem with vsftpd in F7, 500 OOPS: cannot change directory:/home/ftp-docs

i use vsftpd as my ftp server, following are some of my configuration

[root@localhost ~]# groupadd ftp-users
[root@localhost ~]# useradd -g ftp-users -d /home/ftp-docs user1
[root@localhost ~]# passwd user1

[root@localhost ~]# mkdir /home/ftp-docs
[root@localhost ~]# chmod 750 /home/ftp-docs
#afterward, i change the file mode to 777, it also can not work properly
[root@localhost ~]# chown root:ftp-users /home/ftp-docs is my local ip address
[root@localhost ~]# ftp
Connected to (
220 Welcome! Tine.
Name ( user1
331 Please specify the password.
500 OOPS: cannot change directory:/home/ftp-docs
Login failed.

i solved that problem by using that
/usr/sbin/setsebool -P ftp_home_dir 1
