Question Huge log file grow since "yum update" on 29 April

I have this issue since "yum udate" (including kernel) on 29th April. My messages file is growing up to 1Gb in only 3 days!
I dont realy know what it is, it looks like some dma or interrupt problem.

Hier is a tail of my messages file:

I've upgraded FC4 to FC5 with yum today. Everything works fine, except that my SATA disk disappeared (not the system disk).
But the problem exists further!

My software constellation now:
]# uname -a
Linux CASTOR 2.6.16-1.2111_FC5 #1 Thu May 4 21:16:58 EDT 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

]# cat /etc/redhat-release
Fedora Core release 5 (Bordeaux)goo

Every help would be greatly appreciated!
