HP Officejet to work!?

Does anyone know how to use the scanning features of a HP Officejet 7310 All-in-One printer/scanner/faxer/breadmaker/copier. what do i need to do to install the stuff for scanning, and how do i do it, and do i need any additional programs? anything will help, thanks

hplip is the program to get an all-in-one going. Debian should have that package via apt-get. Most likely it will install and configure for you. Best to search for a how-to.
