howto install FC8 with vesa driver and not NV

When I use the graphical installation of a any linux dist, that uses the nv driver, it blocks up with a graphical error on all of the screen.
anyway, the text based mode works.. but is is possible to run graphical instalation, with the vesa driver and not the nv.
if so.. how ?

I can't find a reference for this, but I believe you can type linux vesa at the boot prompt and it will use the vesa driver.

You can set it in /etc/X11/xorg.conf so it automatically uses vesa each time you boot linux.
