I still don't exactly understand what you need. Are you saying that on your local computer (i.e. not on a network), you want your Windows partition to be automatically mounted on boot up? If this is the case, you don't need samba. As I stated in my previous post, samba is
only for sharing/accessing files over a Windows network.
To automatically mount a Windows partition on boot, all you need to do is modify your /etc/fstab. There are a lot of sites that give you the general outline of how to do this, for example
here. Note that you may need to install an ntfs kernel module if your Windows partition is formatted as ntfs.
If this is not what you need, ask again, but please be clear what you're trying to do!
