By default, only root can mount a file system. You need to add the user option: man mount.

i want to use this GUI tools.
in terminal users can use "su" to run a command as root. is there any solution to run an application or any other GUI tools as root? whitout using terminal

Once again as in another post you've made, please explain in detail what drives you have and if they are already formatted for linux. If they are, then have you added them to /etc/fstab already? If you have not then you will need to add them there so that you can also add the option for "any user" to mount that drive. The GUI tool is giving you this error b/c your user does not have admin privileges to mount any drives. You "grant" those privileges via /etc/fstab. But you can't "grant" those privileges until you've added a line for each of those drives to that file. Get what I'm saying?
