How to use "graphics.h" from turbo C++ in Fedora 10

I need to use functions available in "graphics.h" from Turbo C++ in Linux Gnu C++ Compiler.

However it fails to recognise graphics.h on linux
So i downloaded "libgraph" an alternative of it.
However i'm still unable to compile the code.
also when i try ./configure on libgraph it gives following error :

checking for Guile... ./configure: line 19637: guile-config: command not found

I tried sudo yum -y install guile

It tells :
Package 5:guile-1.8.5-1.fc10.i386 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do

Now what should I do ??

You need the guile source package which is called guile-dev or guile-devel in Fedora.
