How to use fstab-sync?

I just cannot for the life of me figure out how to use fstab-sync to update the fstab file, it was so easy doing it in the past, but fedora core3 is setup this way?

Sorry...i have posted this question on the newbie fofrum but i think you guys might be able to help?
