How to set per-monitor scaling

I have installed the F31 Beta on my laptop with a HiDPI screen. I usually connect a large external monitor to my laptop when working. I learned from somewhere that Wayland has enabled per-monitor scaling. How can I do it?

BTW, does Wayland enable non-integer scaling?

I've done per-monitor scaling in standard Xorg. If that's any use to you, I;ll give you more. I don't know Wayland.

Thank you very much! I'm using Fedora 31 beta and gnome 3.34. I guess the desktop is Wayland rather than xorg.

I personally detest the way Fedora thrust new and developing software on you just when you're relaxing with something…

I've personally been through a few versions of Fedora because they did an electronic spin, and never found it reliable. We had grub-1.x, grub-2.x(beta stages, blackdown java(Never got out of beta), Selinux(POS) now Systemd(another), alpha drivers, crazy kernel patches. My most common experience was to boot in the morning to discover the new kernel refused to boot, and I couldn't get at the old one/ /Sigh.

Now they have you on Wayland, and nobody has a clue how to set things up. Try googling for 'Configure Wayland video' or some such.
