How to put forward vote to developers of Gnome for preferred app?

I think Mozilla Firebird rocks the Casbar and would like to put forward my vote for it to replace Epiphany, especially since Epiphany seems to be quite similar just not as polished, despite Firebird still being only 0.7.
How does one go about doing this?

It is impossoble for mosilla guys to follow gnome Human interface guidelines and remove all those features gnome usability professionals call "visual noise". They focus toward simplicity and ease of use. Even if it means dropping some tools.

And I understand them. Gnome desktop needs web browser that looks and behaves just as every other part of package. Looks familiar. Follows widget theme and icon theme set for all the gnome apps. That's why they use Epi. Through Epi has dropped too many features IMO.
