How to install xammp along with ruby on rails in fedora 13..

Hi Linux Gurus.
Hope you all are fine

I wanted to know how do I install Xammp and have ruby on rails also on my fedora 13 system?

Can you please help me..

And another question, how can I get rid of orphan packages to keep my system clean and quick?
