How to install repos for kdevelop4 on FC8 (or something like that)

I want to install the latest kdevelop 4 beta on my FC8 installation. I fired up yumex but it doesn't show kdevelop 4 in any of the repositories. What repos do I add (and how do I do that) to be able to install kdevelop 4 and it's dependencies on FC8?

on fedora 8 the ONLY way is to build kde 4 ( the full desktop and ALL apps,plasmoids,...) from the source

install fedora 10 or fedora 11 -- in about a week or two--

Support for F8 was dropped six months (?) ago. No further official updates of any kind will be coming. F9 will also be dropped in about a month.

you might be able to use this on the unsupported fedora 8
