how to increase sound on fedora c1

greetings,

Running Fedora C1 on IBM TP.

How do i increase the sound on the machine (obviously aside from turning up the speakers?)? I recall in RH 9.0 there was a menu-driven click through that could do this...does anyone know the analog in Fedora?

Thanks...

There are many graphical mixer programs that would work:
alsamix
kmix

Your desktop environment should come with one.
