how i add user name and pass to enter my site


hello
im in local network
how i add user name and pass to enter my site
as
when user wnat to enter my site the site ask user name and pass to enter

does "site" mean website? if so, you're best starting with an .htaccess file containing the username and password.

You can do HTTP Authentication using PHP, using the header()function in PHP. If you like I can send you an example script. Check the PHP manual.

There must be a way to do it in HTML too.

acid yes website using apache web server
