How do I Install Additional Repos for F10?

I've just installed Fedora 10 on a test box at home, accepting all installation defaults - no additional repos. Can anyone assist with how to now add additional repos such as flash and livna?

If you go to the Livna site, they even provide a link to install their repository automagically.
