How can I capture streaming videos from the net? WHat software can I use?

Is there a software I can use to save streaming videos? Or a technique?

If you use firefox then this plugin should do the trick.

I don't know, if you ment these kind of flash based players, if not then there are usually download links with the WMP/Real Player streams.
