Help with Fedora Core 2


Okay i just installed fedora core 2 and my boot loaded wont let me get into windows andd i dont no how to mount the hd so that i can listen to my music any one??

If your windows partision is NTFS you need to install the kernel-ntfs rpm

and enter a line int your /etc/fstab:
where "/dev/hda1" is replaced with your windows partision.
if NTFS :
/dev/hda1 /Data ntfs user,rw,exec,umask=222 0 0
if FAT32
/dev/hda1 /Data vfat user,rw,exec,umask=000 0 0

if you have killed you bootloader i presume grub you can insert the fedora cd's and restore your bootlaoder off of that
but it seems unusal that grub just didnt detect windows, are you sure you didnt acsadently format windows?
