Help! Need to back up Windows HD asap in Fedora

I was working on my computer, and I sprayed a can of compressed air on the mobo to get some of the dust out, and for whatever reason mist came out, which I believe may have damaged my ram or other parts. I have two hard drives; my Windows 2000 will not boot, but for whatever reason my Fedora one will. So, I was wondering if I could mount my Windows HD in Fedora, since I have many important documents I have on the Windows 2k HD that I would like to back up and burn to CD before I try stuff like formatting and/or returning the mobo, and before my computer condition deteriorates further. If anyone could tell me how to do this, that would be great. Thanks,
-Alex

Code:

mkdir /mnt/foo
mount /dev/hda1 /mnt/foo
cd /mnt/foo/your/place/of/important/documents/
cp ThisImportant-Document.doc /home/denadai/

Assuming here that W is installed to first partition of your first HD, your documents are located in C:\your\place\of\important\documents\, the document you want to recover is ThisImportant-Document.doc and your home directory is /home/denadai. Change those when approriate.
