Hello, I am unable to download any new programs! Whenever I go to down load it, I will select "save to disc" and then the window will leave without downloading the program. Why can't I download, and how do I fix it?????
It may have actually downloaded it, check edit->preferences... and look at the download stuff, maybe its been set to download to a certain locatio without asking, or somthing similar.
