graphical appearance - fc16

Hi guys,

The graphical appearance of my pc (fc16 - gnome) has changed unexpectedly; please take a look at the attached file.

It looks like running in safe mode or something like that ?

not really, just a "theme" changed, I think

where I have it:
--> Menu --> Accessories --> Advanced Settings
