Unhappy GNOME desktop Error at fedora 9 Log in screen


i have installed fedora 9 in my PC.i used work on fedora from last 2 months never git this type of problem before.GNOME error in my log in screen while i log on to my profile the icons are completely mess up and desktop is not coming properly .I think some thing wrong in the GNOME desktop(Curropt). I have th fedora 9 cds with me .

How do i resolve this issue please suggest ?

you still have your icons in the desktop. don't you?

Are you able to workaround ?

you could read the logs??

but fedora 9 has been UNSUPPORTED for the last 5 months .
so install Fedora 11

PS. foedora 12 will be out in about 30 days
