You might try reinstalling the theme or finding something else you like at http://kde-look.org/ . There might be an easier way though that I don't know about.
to install KDE (if you dont have it installed) go to "Add/RemoveApplications" in System Settings and you can try to add KDE (im not sure if you can do this but im pretty sure).... however you can always switch your desktop from gnome to KDE if you have them both installed by going to "Desktop Switching Tool" in preferences. If its the problem of just the bluecurve look and want to stay in gnome, you can change the theme under "Theme" in preferences, there are a lot packaged into fedora. you can find plenty of themes online too =). hope this helps
