Getting Buetooth

I have two AsusEEE 1000 with Fedora 25/KDE installed.
One had the bluetooth Icon on the Panel Bar , I got a Bluetooth Mouse working.

But the other EEE 1000 I can't get the Bluetooth to work, and the Icon is NOT on the Panel Bar on this install. Below is the bluez packages installed,

rpm -qa|grep blue
bluez-hcidump-2.5-7.fc24.i686
kf5-bluez-qt-5.32.0-1.fc25.i686
bluez-cups-5.43-2.fc25.i686
bluez-tools-0.2.0-0.3.git20161212.97efd29.fc25.i686
bluedevil-5.8.6-1.fc25.i686
bluez-libs-5.43-2.fc25.i686
pulseaudio-module-bluetooth-10.0-2.fc25.i686
bluez-5.43-2.fc25.i686
bluez-hid2hci-5.43-2.fc25.i686
bluez-obexd-5.43-2.fc25.i686

What Could be the problem ?

I ran #service bluetooth restart
Redirecting to /bin/systemctl restart bluetooth.service
#

But still no bluetooth working.

How do I get the Bluetooth Icon to show up on Panel Bar ?

I have two Identical Laptops installed with Fedora-25/KDE and the Icon shows on Panel Bar of one laptop, but I can't get it to show on the other Laptop Panel Bar.

Using systemctl the bluetooth damon is running on both laptops.

How do I fix this problem.

maybe look in /etc/xdg/autostart
this is in Slack (dual boot. I do not have it in void xdg/autostart)
Code:
userx@voider⚡️/run/media/userx/5db53ea7-b080-4cc4-bea3-aeb5ab5fd468/etc/xdg/autotart⚡️$ ls

at-spi-dbus-bus.desktop         nm-applet.desktop
blueman.desktop                 polkit-gnome-authentication-agent-1.desktop
gnome-keyring-gpg.desktop       print-applet.desktop
gnome-keyring-pkcs11.desktop    pulseaudio.desktop
gnome-keyring-secrets.desktop   xfce4-clipman-plugin-autostart.desktop
gnome-keyring-ssh.desktop       xfce4-power-manager.desktop
gsettings-data-convert.desktop  xfsettingsd.desktop
hplip-systray.desktop           xscreensaver.desktop
tart⚡️$ cat blueman.desktop
Code:
[Desktop Entry]
Name=Blueman Applet
Comment=Blueman Bluetooth Manager
Icon=blueman
Exec=blueman-applet
