Flash player in Fedora 10
I just installed Fedora 10 beta, and I can't get Flash player, or swfdec to work. Is there any way I can get either of them to work.

Unless you're keen on testing F10 and providing feedback to the developers, I'd go with F8 or 9.
F10 really is in beta atm. |
OK Fedora 10 is no longer beta and im still having problems with flash player.
In F9 the solution was that you had to install the libflashsupport but there is not one listed in the F10 repos... |
I don't know if it will help, but I just installed F10 and I installed Flash the way it's explained here:
http://www.mjmwired.net/resources/mj...f10.html#flash And it works fine for me. |
Adobe repository must be installed
* Install the Flash Plugin Quote:

Make sure to uninstall flash-plugin, libflashsupport and nspluginwrapper before you do these steps Quote:

The 64bit plugin file called libflashplayer.so should be extracted into /usr/lib64/mozilla/plugins/ and not ~/.mozilla/plugins/

It worked for me ....... |
Next time there is no need to download from Adobe website.
See this howto for 64 bit flash. http://forums.fedoraforum.org/showthread.php?t=205642 |
