Question Firestarter auto-login ??

Hey Guys,

Not much of an issue, but i've setup firestarter(a firewall) to start up at login using System>Preferences>Sessions and everytime i've to supply the root password when it starts. Can i bypass it? Or is there a workaround?

Thanks Mates

firestarter in itself is just a gui. it is *NOT* a firewall. the firewall script it builds for you will load at boot time. you do not need to load the gui ever unless you wish to modify things. if you wish to remove the password, then check out /etc/sudoers, but i'd be thinking you're a bit confused over how you use the app in the first place

erm... i want you to understand that you do not need to do anything, even loading the firestarter gui, for a fully featured firewall to automatically run on boot
