firefox in FC3
 

I noticed Firefox PR1 is included with the recently released Fedora Core 3. Can I expect redhat to release the 1.0 update soon? I know i can download it from mozilla, but I kind of like keeping track of things with rpm and yum.

Methinks it won't be available within this week. I've downloaded the RPM from redhat website, most probably still under testing .. but reverted it back to PR1 since some of my themes didn't work with the new 1.0 release.

i hadn't thought about looking in the test release section. I'm not currently using any plugins anyway, so I can wait until they get updated.

theres an article on fedoranews.org about how to create a firefox rpm. I modified their spec file and created a firefox 1.0 rpm for myself. You could do the same if you are interested.
