1. I need to make my FC5 more used friendly. It need to be able to play Mp3's and mpg's. Where do i download the codecs or a player which comes with both these?
2. I want to recompile my Fc5 kernel. How do I go about it? Also if i wanna change my theme to KDE instead of default GNOME, do i have to recompile kernel??
1. XMMS, Mplayer, VLC, Xine: you name it.
2. Check left navigation bar on page, "main menu", under "Linux Tutorials"? Themes are user preferences, settings, not kernel stuff: no recompile necessary.
