Fedora installation on a chroot jail


hi ... im new here ....

i wanna ask ... by any chances.... is theres any way that i can install Fedora on a chroot jail?? .... ive tried manually install basesystem rpm using rpm --root using the rpm from the CD but the dependency drives me crazy .....

gentoo installation can be done this way juz by untarring its stage2 tarball .... is it possible for fedora or other linux distros???
