Fedora DVD sizes too small

Hey,

I'm really confused. Alright, so I went to download the DVD version of the Fedora Core 3 .iso. Everything looked fine, the ftp claimed it was 4 gigs or so, made sense to me, so I started the download and left the comp. When I came back, it said it was done. I thought it was way too quick, and went to the file, and it was only 100MB(rounding). Made no sense to me, so I tried redownloading it. As it started, it said 0kb of 100,000kb (rounding). I canceled that, and tried everything. I used flashget, firefox's dl manager, IE's (regretably) downloader on 2 computers. Same thing, when it starts, 100,000kb or so is the claimed file sizes. I've tried Core 2, that DVD iso said it was 70 or so MB. I've tried multiple FTPs, etc.

Help! I have no idea what can possibly be going on. I don't want to blow a DVD for a corrupt file. I'd prefer to use a single DVD over four CDs, but will resort if need be.

Thanks,

Thanks archdev,

I'm following some advice from that post, and am going to try out GetRight.

[Edit] I just started the download with Getright, and it is displaying that there are 4 Gigs to go! Very good...

To anyone that was searching for the answer to this question, use "GetRight" (preferrably this new one ).

If you read the thread archdev posted, you'll find out why this is necessary.
