Fedora DNS client

I want to permantly add a static entry to my resolv.conf and everytime I try and doing dhclient erases it and adds a bogus DNS entry. The resolv.conf says that dhclient-script modified it. I ran ps -aux and nothing. What other possibilties could it be. I am not using bind what could it be?

The file /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 has an entry for peerdns. If that is set to yes, try changing it to no ...
PEERDNS=no
