Fedora Core 3 + Vmware + USB Printer

Hi everybody.

I already saw several posts on same problem has mine but until now didn't find the solution yet.

I'm using Fedora Core 3 with Kernel 2.6.9-1.681. When I start Vmware and connect the usb printer, it cleams about usblp0 mod. So I did a modprobe -r of it. After that, I try again and claims about a usbhid module.

When I try to unload it, it seems not to be present as a module. When I look at the kernel config, it seems to be include in the kernel.

Already tried to compile with usbhid as module but compilation fails:
Quote:

CHK include/linux/version.h
SPLIT include/linux/autoconf.h -> include/config/*
CHK include/asm-i386/asm_offsets.h
/bin/sh: arch/i386/kernel/asm-offsets.s: No such file or directory
UPD include/asm-i386/asm_offsets.h
mv: cannot stat `include/asm-i386/asm_offsets.h.tmp': No such file or directory
make: *** [include/asm-i386/asm_offsets.h] Error 1
Anybody has an idea to connect the usb printer ?
