Fedora and Kickstart

I was wondering when one makes a kickstart cd, would I need a keyboard and monitor? I have Fedora installed right now, but I messed up the OS. My idea is to re-install Fedora (the way I should of installed it the first time), and create a kickstart cd. This way if I screw up the install (which i most likey will), I can use the kickstart cd to reinstall. But I don't have a spare monitor and keyboard to be using. Can this be done, or do I always need to have a monitor and keyboard? Thanks for the info.
