Fedora 7, wireless. gone back to FC6
Having used FC 6 for nearly a year now I've been very impressed. The most important thing was the wireless working really well, with a little help from fwcutter.
I was so looking forward to Fedora 7 coming out with it's improved wireless support.
So I was rather surprised after installing Fedora 7 to find that my new shine OS didn't even see my wireless card.
After a very long day trying to get the bloody think working. I decided to wait a few days to see if anything came up on the forums. So another long day trawling the forums and trying to get the wireless working, still nothing.
To solve the problem I've gone back Fedora Core 6.
