Fedora 20 Updating Problem

I am getting this message every time when I am using yum command for update. I am also not able to update and install any softwares .

I am not able to update Firefox and VLC and also I am not able to getting codes for MP3 and Videos.

I am creating and sending Key from Terminal

gpg:sending key 57EF0351 to hkp server keys.gnup.net (BUT I AM NOT GETTING ANY UPDATE HELP )

I am facing this type of problem:

Existing lock /var/run/yum.pid: another copy is running as pid 6510.
Another app is currently holding the yum lock; waiting for it to exit...
The other application is: yum
Memory : 23 M RSS (339 MB VSZ)
Started: Sat Nov 8 18:19:09 2014 - 02:01 ago
State : Sleeping, pid: 6510

I am trying so many methods but I can't. I am purchasing new dvd online. And after downloading another iso of same os. I am using fedora 20 64bit Heisenbug. Help I am not able to listen mp3 on my
os.

Kill the stale version of yum:

sudo kill -15 6510

Then remove the yum.pid file:

sudo rm /var/run/yum.pid
